Personal site of Arlen Strader of Bryan, Texas.
I was raised in a Christian home and at an early age I realized I was a sinner, separated from God. I learned through God’s Word, the Bible, that my only hope was through the gift of salvation from Jesus Christ. I prayed to Jesus and asked Him to save me, to forgive my sins and to give me Life. That very moment, my Savior delivered me from the penalty of my sins, gave me eternal life and made a promise to me that no one would ever be able to pluck me from His hands.
I believe that God (Elohim, Jehovah) is the Creator of all that is and is a perfect moral Being Who is omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent and eternal. Such a righteous Being would not leave us guessing regarding Who He is and so,
I believe the Bible is the verbally inspired Word of God to mankind that is inerrant, infallible and authoritative in all areas of philosophy, science, history and any other field of study it addresses. All observations of the natural world around us should be interpreted in light of the God’s revealed Word.
